Never leave home without it....

So how many times have you headed out the door without your camera in your hand – and then regretted it later. For me - way too many times to count. Usually when I’m rushing to Glasgow to drop the kids off or heading in to town to help stock up on food.

Living on the west coast of the scottish highlands with more rain in a month than most people have seen in a life time - with roads just wide enough to no longer be called ‘foot paths’ and with not much chance of reaching the national speed limit before hitting sheep, our VW camper has found its new home – and rust – lots of rust.

The Biography

Andy's home is beautifully sited on the southern tip of Loch Shiel. Looming above the far side of the Loch is snow-capped Beinn Resipole, an 845 metre dome of Torridon sandstone whose summit commands the jagged Cuillins on Skye and all the dark islands in the glittering Hebridean Sea. For anyone who loves the outdoors, this is as good as it gets in Scotland.
